**2025-26 Season Annual Guide and Regulations**

2024-25 Important Changes
- No recreation (including fishing) between the 2200 and 0400 hours daily. Latest check out time for all recreators is 2159 (some activities require earlier check-out).
- Permits have been simplified and standardized for all recreators.
- Guest Observer authorization is included as part of any valid Fort Hood iSportsman recreation permit. Separate permit no longer necessary.
- Orange flagging required to be attached to temporary stands/pop-ups blinds.
- No appeals for administrative penalties (suspensions) 90 days or less in length.
- New Recreation Mentor program will be available soon.
- Small game/non-game hunters may check into only 1 area at a time.
- Changes to specific areas:
- Areas 8N and 8S require fishermen to check-in through the iSportsman system. These areas are no longer No Check-in/Check-Out.
- Areas 70 is Archery/Shotshell
- Areas 73 and 74 are no longer Archery Only. Weapons restrictions are limited by activity.
- The PT track in TA 70 is off-limits for hunting of any kind.
Note: Use of game/hunting/trail cameras is still prohibited on the installation.
